Terms and Conditions

(I) PURCHASE AND PAYMENT POLICY:

  • Full payment is required upon confirmation of purchase.
  • NO amendment is allowed between order confirmation and delivery/ collection.
  • Goods sold and collected are NOT returnable or exchangeable.

(II) DELIVERY AND COLLECTION TERMS:

  • Ensure both your mobile number and receiver’s are reachable, as drivers may need to clarify the delivery address.
  • If the receiver is unavailable or uncontactable, order will be returned to the nearest outlet for self-collection. Re-delivery can be arranged at an ADDITIONAL COST.
  • Delivery may vary from your preferred time due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, full payment will be forfeited and goods will be disposed of if not collected within the same day.

(III) PRODUCTS INFORMATION AND CARE:

  • Products may contain allergens, non-edible, sharp-edged, and/or choking decorative components.
  • Refer to the product label for storage temperature and handling instructions. Lavender will not be responsible for defects caused by customer mishandling or misuse.
  • Product must be checked and will be deemed accepted if no queries are raised immediately upon delivery.
  • Packaging is subject to change while stocks last.

(IV) GREETING CARD AND CAKE MESSAGE

  • Greeting cards for hampers (up to 25 words) may be available upon request, subject to stock availability. Please include your request and message in the remarks column before placing order.
  • Cake message (up to 25 characters, including spacings) should be entered in the ‘Cake Message’ section before adding the cake to cart. If the character limit exceeded, we will use the default message.
