• Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor the activity of the store including receiving of material as per Purchase Requisition/ Purchase order.
• Work closely with other department, inform the related department about the status of receiving and issuance as per SOP.
• Stocks arrangement. Prepares of daily, weekly and monthly report to the respective department.
• Liaise with driver and make sure goods delivered follow the schedule and in good condition.
• Strictly follow the Health & Safety guidelines set by the HOD.
• To ensure work executed in a safe manner in accordance with the instructions given by the HOD.
• Manage drivers’ attendance, working and cleaning schedule, delivery, PO, DO issue.
• Reporting to P&W Manager

• Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/Pre-U/”A” LEVEL, Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
