  • Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage outlet daily operation.
  • To ensure proper service standard & customer satisfaction.
  • Hire, train & supervise outlet staff to meet company requirements.

    • Job Requirements:

  • At least 2-5 year(s) working experience in the Food & Beverage / Hospitality / Tourism industry.
  • Experience in overseeing outlet(s), cost & budget planning.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Excellence in delivering customer satisfaction.
  • Initiative and good leadership skills to manage a team.
  • Able to communicate in English and Mandarin.
  • Energetic and able to work independently with long hours on shift.

  • Welcome customers as they come into Lavender.
  • Introduce customers to our varied range of Lavender Products.
  • Cashiering, Confectionary and Bakery Product Packing, Cake Order Service and Product Refill.
  • Product Arrangement and Expiry.
  • Provide answers to queries presented by customers regarding products information and available offers
  • Cleaning of Outlet.

    • Job Requirements:

  • Fresh Graduate and School Leavers is Encourage to Apply (Food Retail Experience is an added advantage)
  • Energetic and Outgoing personalities
  • Communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia (the Mandarin Language will be an added advantage)
  • Available for Full-Time and Part-Time

    • To be proactive with menu creation, recommendation and analysis.
    • Maintains a good knowledge of industry trends and changes.
    • Sourcing of quality ingredients at competitive rates to maintains food costs.
    • Compiles and ensures hygiene policies are strictly adhered to a daily basis.
    • Equally able in administration and is an independent leader.
