  • Manage outlet daily operation.
  • To ensure propeR service standard & customer satisfaction.
  • Hire, train & supervise outlet staff to meet company requirements.

    • Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level, any field.
  • At least 2-5 year(s) working experience in the Food & Beverage / Hospitality / Tourism industry.
  • Experience in overseeing outlet(s), cost & budget planning.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Excellence in delivering customer satisfaction.
  • Initiative and good leadership skills in manage a team.
  • Able to communicate in English and Mandarin.
  • Energetic and able to work independently with long hours on shift.

  • Cashiering, Confectionary and Bakery Product Packing, Cake Order Service and Product Refill.
  • Product Arrangement and Expiry.
  • Provide answers to queries presented by customers regarding products information and available offers.
  • Cleaning of Outlet.

    • Job Requirements:
  • Able to work during weekends, 6 days work per week including public holidays.
  • Candidate with experience has added advantage.
  • Hardworking, proactive, efficient & organized.

    • Working Shift

    Shift 1: 8.30am-5.30pm

    Shift 2: 10.00am-7.00pm

    Shift 3: 11.00am-8.00pm

    Shift 4: 2.00pm-11.00pm
